Dears all,
From the feature list, TPS65930 has cut some audio features, for input path, it mentioned as only support MONO input, but from the diagrams and datapath, there are 2 ADCs, so it's possible to support STERO analog audio input with AUXR + MIC_MAIN? or that's 2 interface only select one at the same time, please help to confirm.
Thanks & best regareds,
David Bian
Hi,
Yes, it is possible to enable MAIN_MIC(Left channel) and AUXR(Right channel) simultaneously to generate Stereo Audio analog input.
Regards,
Kartik
Kartik,
Could you help to provide some more details about how to configure? we have tried, but can only get audio input from MIC_MAIN or AUXR, cannot make it works at the same time.
Thanks & best regards,
DavidBian
DBian,
are you sure?I got no audio input from AUXR even though I have currently config TPS65930 refer to BeagleBoard.
I definitely doubt that if AUXR can work in TPS65930.
Hi DBian,
Please attach to this post the audio register settings and its programming sequence that you have used for enabling audio Stereo operation.
Can anybody please let me know whether is it possible to support stereo mic input for TPS65930.
I have configured PMIC (Mic.Main.P & M) in pseudo differential mode and connected to left input pin of the stereo connector and Auxr signal of PMIC to right input pin of stereo connector by considering that stereo can be supported.
please let me know whether it is possible to support stereo and have anyboady tested?
Murugan
Hi Murugan,
Yes, this should be fine. I will try to see if I can get any test results for you.
Gandhar.
Hi Gandhar,
Please share me the test results if you get.
